I am a highly experienced and responsible real estate agent specializing in both residential and comercial properties in greater Seattle area and wider eastside. I work hard to serve my clients' best interest.

I help my buyer clients to search for and do research on houses of their interest, to negotiate for a best possible deal and to advise and support through out the transaction process. For my seller clients, I help them to prepare houses for sale, to determine a best possible listing price via CMA, to formulate a strategy for reviewing offers and negotiating for a best possible deal and to advise and support through out the transaction process.

Educated as a Ph. D scientist, I have many years experience in drug discovery research. I started my real estate career because I love to work with my clients and I know that I can be a very good agent. I appreciate how a good real estate agent's service impacts people's life. It is satisfying to me knowing that I have contributed to my clients' better life.

In addition to my professional work, I also volunteer in several community services, such as Northwest Chinese Professionals (www.NWCHP.org) and Wahington State Chinese Arts and Culture Committee (http://www.chinaartandculture.com/about.html).

Skyline Properties, Inc., Washington State's largest independent real estate office, now offers three Puget Sound locations; Bellevue, Kent, and Seattle.

Skyline was founded in 1988 and has since expanded from basic real estate into the other related fields of the profession. They have since opened Premiere Mortgage and Alta Escrow as sister companies. The theory behind this type of expansion is to simply provide clients with a "one stop shopping" alternative. Skyline has also established an extensive training program through a state accredited school; Alta Real Estate Academy.
