Stephanie Brown, managing broker in the Seattle office, is here to help you learn the ins and outs of the real estate industry. An active broker since 2007, Stephanie has seen many sides of residential real estate and is here to help our Skyline brokers manage complicated transactions.  Stephanie hosts the Seattle new hire orientation and takes a special interest in helping new brokers learn the ropes to compete with more experienced brokers for client’s business and working with clients’ different needs. Prior to joining Skyline Properties as a manager, Stephanie spent several years in wholesale mortgage underwriting and funding, a mortgage litigation law firm, and completed her Juris Doctorate at the University of Washington School of Law. Ron Hennig, Skyline's owner, is a native Washingtonian raised on the Eastside. He began his real estate career working at his fathers real estate firm Statewide Properties, in Woodinville. Ron was first licensed in 1978 and sold real estate for a variety of franchise and non franchise companies until 1988 when he founded Skyline Properties. "At the time I wanted to open the type of real estate company that I would want to work at as a broker. The concept was to have an upscale office and top quality support while at the same time having a low fee 100% commission plan. Then, as now, 100% commission firms often have minimalistic service. It was my belief that everyone would like a 100% commission plan with high end support. Twenty seven years later Skyline Properties is now the largest independent company in the Pacific Northwest. Our goal is to continue to improve and grow as the real estate industry changes."
