I, Wallace Yallup, am an award-winning realtor providing professional service in Seattle, Greater Seattle, and the Eastside. Supplying my clients with superior guidance in developing a plan of action to accomplish their goals surrounding one of life´s most exciting events; the buying and selling of real estate, is my commitment.

This award comes as no surprise to the clients Wallace has served in over 26 years of success in buying and selling homes. Wallace is not new to this award, featured in Seattle Magazine for the award for several years.  Seattle Magazine is the area's definitive city and regional journal in helping residents get the most out of living in the Puget Sound region. It has been referred to as the "owner's manual" for people that live in the Seattle area, and Greater Seattle area(s). 

In receiving the award, Wallace was judged as excellent in nine separate areas related to ability and service. Performing exceptionally in these nine areas of customer service, integrity, market knowledge, communication, negotiation, closing preparation, finding the right home, marketing of home and overall satisfaction garnered Wallace the award.

I enjoy making time for my amazing wife: walking, dinner or anything really. I work out playing tennis with my son, and coaching him. He is an extraordinarily talented player and I love to see him grow as a person and as a player of the game, that we all so love in our family.

I enjoy volunteering time to help people with every day things, and sometimes projects. People are my passion and it just so happens that I also list and sell real estate for them, as my livelihood.
