With over 25 years of experience across the Pacific Northwest real estate market, I bring a deep, multi-faceted understanding of real estate mechanics, development advisory, and sales operations. Throughout my career, I have overseen complex portfolio transactions ranging from individual homes to multi-million dollar development pipelines—safely executing across residential, raw land, and commercial assets valued up to $15,000,000.

Beyond traditional buying and selling, I serve as a trusted strategic consultant for regional builders and developers. I provide crucial market intelligence, underwriting metrics, lot premium valuations, and regulatory analysis to guide projects from initial site acquisition through to final closing. Known in the industry as a peer advisory hub, I am frequently called upon to resolve technical title, escrow, and contractual roadblocks to keep transactions moving smoothly.

Outside of real estate, I bring decades of high-stakes leadership to everything i do. As a competitive football coach since 1991, I has led programs to Numerous Youth Championships as Head Coach and 7 High School State Championships as Offensive Coordinator. I also am an experienced private vessel captain, navigating motor vessels up to 51 feet through the complex waters and shipping channels of the Salish Sea. Whether on the field, on the water, or at the negotiation table, my approach remains the same: decisive decision-making, clear communication, and unwavering commitment to compliance and integrity.
