Skyline Properties Homebuyer Advantage connects you with experienced, local real estate brokers through our partnership with Movement Mortgage. When you choose a Skyline Properties broker to buy a home, you're eligible for up to a $5,000 reward, courtesy of Movement Mortgage, based on the purchase price. This reward is paid at closing, offering you immediate benefits and substantial savings with the guidance of our skilled brokers.

To receive the reward from Movement Mortgage, customers must:

• Enroll in the Skyline Properties Homebuyer Advantage program.
• Connect with a designated Skyline Properties real estate broker.
• Close on a home purchase and/or sale using their selected Skyline Properties broker in Washington state.
• Choose the payment method for the reward (as permitted by state law).

Your reward is paid directly to you by Movement Mortgage, as part of the Skyline Properties Homebuyer Advantage program.

You are required to use your assigned lender from Movement Mortgage and broker from Skyline Properties in order to receive the incentive. In the event that you encounter issues with either party, please reach out to the support manager at (206) 617-4838.

Once enrolled, you may opt out of the Skyline Properties Homebuyer Advantage program at any time by contacting the support manager at (206) 617-4838. Any contractual obligations established outside of the program and directly between you and a real estate broker are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Please note, if you opt out of the Skyline Properties Homebuyer Advantage program prior to closing on your home purchase or sale, you will no longer be eligible for the program reward.
